Where the name came from

It started on a cold afternoon in Zürich, huddled under one big blanket at Grand Café Lochergut with coffees and big ideas. We were not a brewery yet—just friends thawing out and talking about beer.

That blanket became shorthand for the kind of brewing we wanted: warm, shared, and a little stubborn about comfort. Blanket Brew Boys is the home version of that afternoon—same crew, same vibe, smaller batches.
